I was certainly beginning to have my doubts but this seems to confirm the existence of God and that miracles do happen. ALEX: Cooking With Class, March, 2009 edition is finally "ON THE AIR"(click the screen below, if you don't believe me) only one week, to the day, after it was recorded "LIVE". It is, by the TV standards I labored under for decades, way less than a flawless production but I have left it in tact, warts and miscues and funny effects and all... and the Crepe dessert IS "to die for" - maybe even to be tortured for.
